Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Alicja Składanowska, trading as Actually Helpful Studio, Worcestershire, United Kingdom, registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under number ZC148497. Contact: [email protected].
What I collect
- When you buy: Stripe handles the payment. I see your name, email, the amount and what you bought, and for the setup the days and times you give me. I never see or store your card details.
- When you email me: whatever you write.
- Technical data: IP address and basic browser data, processed by the hosting provider to run and protect the site.
Why and on what basis
- To deliver what you bought (download, setup session): contract.
- To keep accounts and records: legal obligation.
- To protect the site from abuse: legitimate interests.
Who I share it with
I do not sell data or use it to train AI models. I use providers who process data on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, cookie-free statistics), Stripe (payments) and Google (email and online meetings). Some may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards the law provides.
How long I keep it
- Purchase and accounting records: 6 years, as UK tax rules require.
- Download counter (payment number and number of downloads): a few days, then deleted automatically.
- Emails that did not lead to a purchase: 12 months.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. On the payment page, Stripe’s own terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Email [email protected] and I will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how I use your data, you can complain to me first, and you can also complain to the ICO: ico.org.uk.
