Terms
Short and in plain English. These terms cover purchases on this site: the Safe Business Kit and the done-with-you setup.
1. Who you are buying from
Alicja Składanowska, trading as Actually Helpful Studio, Worcestershire, United Kingdom. Email: [email protected].
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown is what you pay, with no extras.
- Payment is by card through Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
3. Safe Business Kit (digital download)
- You can download the kit straight after payment. One payment means one download, and the link must be used within 72 hours. Save the file. If the download breaks off, email me and I will send it again.
- By buying, you ask for the digital content to be supplied immediately and acknowledge that once it is supplied you lose the 14-day right to cancel.
- Your statutory rights remain: if the file does not work or is not as described, I will replace it or refund you.
- The kit is licensed for use in one purchasing business. You may not resell it or share it publicly. Each downloaded file is marked with your email address and purchase date.
- The kit is practical guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice. Rules change, so check important matters on GOV.UK or with a specialist.
4. Done-with-you setup (service)
- A 90-minute online session. You share your screen and make the changes yourself, guided by me. I do not sign in to your accounts or ask for your passwords.
- After payment I email you to agree a date. The session should take place within 30 days of payment. You can move it once if you tell me at least 24 hours before.
- The Safe Business Kit is included and sent with the booking email.
- If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel a service bought at a distance. If you ask for the session to take place within those 14 days, you pay for the part already provided.
- I cannot guarantee that no incident will ever happen. The session reduces the most common risks.
5. Liability
I work carefully, but my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service, as far as the law allows.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If something goes wrong, we first try to sort it out by talking.
